AI is only valuable if it produces measurable business outcomes.
Most companies experimenting with AI cannot clearly explain what value it is creating.
AI should be measured the way every important business initiative is measured: through execution, operational improvement, leadership leverage and financial impact. This page shows one AI result, measured that way, and the operating record the method is built on.
AI results
Tara Manufacturing: eight months, one executive, an estimated $650,000.

The situation
Like many mid-market companies, Tara was exploring AI but struggling to find meaningful use beyond basic productivity tasks. The question I wanted to answer was simple: what happens when an executive uses AI on the work that actually drives the business?
What changed
While serving as interim CEO of Tara Manufacturing, I put this method to work on my own job. Instead of broad company-wide experimentation, I started with executive leverage: structured AI workflows applied to operational planning, communication, analysis and decision-making, tied directly to business performance.
The result
Not from replacing people. Not from a massive software rollout. From one executive using AI on high-value work for eight months.
Full disclosure: I served as interim CEO of Tara Manufacturing during the eight months measured and serve today as Chairman of the Board. The $650,000 figure is an internal estimate using a documented business-value framework applied to those eight months of my own work.

The operating experience behind AIGP
These are not AI case studies. They are the record the method is built on.
The technology changes quickly. The fundamentals of business leadership do not.

500%
organic revenue growth over seven years
Wilson Lumber
As President and COO of Wilson Lumber Company, I helped drive more than 500% organic revenue growth over a seven-year period, including the run that made it ProSales Dealer of the Year.
“Two words best describe John; intensity and discernment. Intensity because John does not suffer problems for long and is dedicated to finding the best possible path forward. For discernment, Time and again I have seen him choose the best path forward; sometimes with lots of information and when it required, very little information.”
Rob Wilson, CEO of Wilson Lumber

450%
revenue growth over four years
AllTemp Windows
As President of AllTemp Windows, the brand of Kudzu Millwork, I led roughly 450% revenue growth over four years through operational leadership, strategic execution and business development. The work centered on the same things that still drive results today: clearer decisions, disciplined execution, operational alignment and leadership accountability.
AI does not replace those fundamentals. It amplifies them. That is how AIGP’s tools and training are built.
