These terms apply to aigrowthpartners.net and to everything AI Growth Partners, a business of Impact Consulting LLC (“AIGP,” “we”) offers through it: Decision Check, the AI Operator Toolkit, the LBM AI Field Card, Starter Training, and the AIGP Rollout Kit. By using the site or any of these materials, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
Free tools and training materials, and one paid product, the AIGP Rollout Kit. They are educational materials for people running businesses. AIGP does not provide consulting, implementation, or facilitation services through this site.
Free materials
Decision Check, the AI Operator Toolkit, the LBM AI Field Card, and Starter Training are free. You give a name and email address to receive some of them.
Starter Training may be distributed by dealers and associations as written, with attribution retained; associations may add their logo. It may not be resold or repackaged as a commercial training product. The Field Card may be printed and shared inside your company or association at no charge, with your own logo in the space provided, but may not be sold, altered, or republished without attribution.
The AIGP Rollout Kit
The Rollout Kit is licensed, not sold, to the company that purchases it. The license covers internal use by that company’s employees at all of its locations, with no per-seat charge and no expiration. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or repackage the materials, or share access with anyone outside your company.
Access to the Rollout Kit pages and files is tied to the account used at checkout. Keep your login to yourself; share the files internally as the license allows.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.
Because the Rollout Kit is delivered as downloadable files, sales are final. If a file will not open or a page will not load, email us and we will fix it or refund you. If a refund is issued, access to the Rollout Kit pages and files ends.
No professional advice
Everything on this site, including Decision Check results and the training materials, is general education. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, safety, or engineering advice. Have your own counsel review any policy before you adopt it, including the AI Use Policy in Starter Training.
AI tools can produce answers that are wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking any output before you act on it and for the decisions you make.
Your use of AI tools
Our materials work with third-party AI tools that we do not own or control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for what information you enter into them.
Intellectual property
The site, the frameworks (including CARGO and SHIFT), and all materials are owned by Impact Consulting LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. Except as these terms allow, do not copy, modify, sell, or republish them.
Limitation of liability
The site and materials are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, AIGP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
