Effective June 1, 2026. This policy explains what AI Growth Partners, a business of Impact Consulting LLC (“AIGP,” “we”) collects through aigrowthpartners.net, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, and company when you sign up for free materials, buy the Rollout Kit, fill in the contact or speaking form, or create an account.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
- Decision Check: What you type into Decision Check is not saved by us and is not used to train any AI model. It is sent to an AI service only to produce your answer.
- Usage data: pages visited, device, browser, and how you found the site, collected through Google Analytics and cookies.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: the free materials, the Rollout Kit, your account, and replies to your messages.
- To send occasional practical AI resources. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand which pages and tools are useful and improve them.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run the site for us (hosting, checkout and payments, email delivery, and analytics), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you signed in, run the checkout, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features, such as signing in to your account, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept as long as your account is active and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to respond. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email, and you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing john@aigrowthpartners.net.
Children
The site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
